I had my two closets installed yesterday at my condo. I had the MOST POSITIVE EXPERIENCE with Closet Solution and extremely happy with the result. I strongly recommend the company to anyone who is looking to install closet in their home. Design 10/10 I worked with one of their designers, Kirill, and he clearly has a lot of experience designing the closet. The best part of working with him was him being very responsive to my needs. (I have met other closet designers and some of them were just busy giving a quote and were not attentive to my needs). He gave practical advice and was very willing to make changes to the closet design based on my feedback. 3D Design that the company uses made it easy to imagine how my actual closets will look like. Materials 10/10 The quote that they gave was very reasonable (compared with other companies), so at some point, I thought that Closet Solution might have somewhat cheap materials. But that was not the case. The selections of wood might not be as many as what some companies provide, but the color choices that they have were great. Whether you are looking for classic or modern feel, you’ll find it. Also, they have a great selection of handles. I can be pretty picky when it comes to design, but I am completely satisfied. (Also, there’s lifetime warranty on drawers). Installation Process 10/10 It was as scheduled, and there were nothing that I had to do other than taking out my clothes. In my case, it took them 3-4 hours to come and finish the installation. The process was quick, they cleaned up all the messes on the floor. Overall… The whole process of having my closet designed and installed was really pleasant. Kirill in particular responds to emails and texts very quickly, so working with him made the process so much more efficient and pleasant. If you are looking for a company that does a wonderful job without hassle, go for Closet Solution.
