We bought two couches from Bon's in Saugus in 2006. We were overall very satisfied with the purchases and the assistence we got there. We didn't want delivery right away, and they were able to accomodate this request with delivery a few months in the future. We also had a problem with a loose armrest, and when we called they sent a tech out the next day and fixed it quickly. The couches are holding up well! A good experience!
