The installer was professional and courteous. I was pleased with the work. The only negative was the lead time. the product was put on back order and I wasn't notified. Also the company put the time of the installation at 10.00 am, but due to the back order it didn't show up until 2.30 p.m. This was frustrating. As I told the company, it would have been good to let me know about this. After discussion, the company did show good customer service, listened with respect to my complaints and gave me the handle and the bell.
