Recently I was looking for a new vacuum cleaner, and a friend recommended the Samsung brand, which is not sold at a lot of places. I visited VacWorks, and the lady was very friendly and helpful. Showed me all the features, and let me try the vacuum cleaner at the store (which is really helping her=). While I was at the store I noticed there were quite a few happy returning customers. I was also able to get a discount on my purchase w/o too much haggling. If you are able to find a cheaper price I think they will match it too.
