HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 10+++++ Superb communications via email and phone - quick and professional responses (even while Paul was on vacation). Showed on time, spent 4-5 hours of hard and intensive labour, even cleaning some leftovers from the previous duct-cleaning contractor. For the first time ever after duct cleaning the in-house air has no odor any more - good job Paul! Helped with the old electronic air-cleaner, too. This summer I will use The Duct Cleaning Specialists again for the A/C service. I am glad I've finally found a good, quality and reliable duct/furnace/AC service and plan to keep it for long time. Hey Peter, thanks for the kind words. There was free wi-fi at my resort, so I was able to check and respond to emails quite often, otherwise I would have came home and had plenty to catch up on, but I enjoyed the vacation very much. Like I've said before, when the job is done properly, you will notice the difference, as you have. Also, hope your EAC is working more efficient.
