We ordered replacement windows on a 30 year old house. First visit they brought the wrong size windows. Second visit they broght the right size, but wrong type of window in the dining room (its still there - now waiting for them to correct this error for 7 months). They sent the wrong screens (none of them fit any windows). We are still waiting for screens on the windows that have been installed. The fron door that they replaced is still not adjusted to have it close properly. On the new house we are building, two of the new window leak, there have been several visits by "technicians" (highly doubtful these guys are technicians of any kind -and still no resolution. Any of the doors by Decora that have been installed are inferior quality, poorly installed and none of them line up. I will NEVER recommend this company, and tell everyone I know to steer clear of them. And their customer service sucks after they get paid. Maybe that's why they want their payments up front. I don't believe they have any intention of honouring their warranty. Buying from this company was a huge mistake and I entirely regret it.
