Excellent customer service on the phone. Scheduled an appointment immediately and a technician was at our home in less than an hour. We had a leak in the hose of our Price Pfister kitchen faucet, as well as some small damage to our spray head. Rather than replace these parts, we were encouraged to replace the entire faucet for a Moen, based on the advice of the technician being that Price Pfister was a complicated product and their customer service was not great. The faucet that was recommended was sold to us at a markup of well over $100 from what it costs at Home Depot or Amazon. However, if I were to buy it myself, it would cost an additional dispatch and travel of $75 for them to return to install it so not worth it. All said and done, it cost over $900 for the replacement. Dispatch and travel was $75, the diagnostic was $130, the faucet was $463, the labour an additional $215. Our technician Jay was very friendly and helpful, but I think the overall cost was far too much.

Thank you for your review. I have personally gone over your concerns you outlined. Our policy is to give all our pricing upfront in which it looks like we did with multiple options. The options you did choose and agree to were performed. I also went over the GPS of the time the Technician was at your home and it was just shy of 3 hours total assisting you with Price Pfister Tech support, Research online with Home Depot online for a new faucet. I do however invite you to call me directly if you feel that the time and materials and service supplied at your home are still not justified in your opinion. Thank you for your concerns and review.
