I called Environmental Services Group (Moldinspections.ca) to conduct an air quality test on a new property I purchased which was previously used as a grow-op. Everytime I called, a live person answered the phone and was always extremely courteous and helpful. They were able to schedule an appointment within that same week and arrived on time with a smile on their face :) A report was forwarded to me by email a few days after the test. The report was very through with pictures, numerical results, and a list of next steps. The testers made themselves accessible by email and phone to go over the results and remedial steps. They were also able to refer me to other companies that I needed to contact (eg. structural engineer, mould remediators). This saved me a lot of time not having to research qualified professionals on my own.
