The pump that drains the water from my GE dishwasher stopped working one day. Kobe from pro-choice was over within 2 days of my call to them for an initial diagnostic. After investigating the issue, he was back in 4 days with the replacement part, and the dishwasher was running as good as new. No issues with it in the ~2 months since the repair. A positive experience overall
