It is an IRRESPONSIBLE company . No after sales service. We hired them to replace all of our windows and the total cost is almost costing us CAD18000 in 15th August 2018. They left 3 old windows in my backyard after they finished the job. I called their sales person on that evening and he said their crew left for the day. No one ever come up for a month. I called their general hotline in september and they said they will look at it. No one ever show up. Not even a single follow up call from the Sales or the crew in past 2 months. The three old windows were sitting in my backyard for 2 months. What if my kids get hurt playing in the backyard due to those broken windows? Can I hold the company responsible on this? I know I may not able to do that. It ends up I need to pay extra CAD 50 for contractor for replacement of my root top to dispose the garbage today (Oct 16th). I don’t know how an ordinary resident can dispose a huge garbage like this, e.g three old windows. I am sorry to say this. I feel really disappointed but I definitely not recommend anyone to replace their windows in this company. Tony Ng 647-629-6222

Tom is a very knowledgeable person and he is very patience enough with us. He went through the procedure with us before going into the inspection. For example, Tom told us he is going to go through the house 3 times. The first around he provided a highlight on the area which is important to mention. The second round he went through the house again with in depth explanation on the item he highlighted previously. Last but not least, he used thermal camera to detect any issues which is unable to capture by human eyes. After all, Tom is a one of the best in the field. I will definitely recommend him to my friend.
