Robin was recommended to us by a neighbor to convert our wood fireplace to gas. The price was reasonable and the service was best in class. Him and his team were on time and really careful to not damage our newly installed wood floors. Robin took the time to clearly explain the functionality of this new fireplace and how it all worked. Upon request, he did not hesitate and went above and beyond what was originally agreed to by installing a stop valve at a desired location. I have and will continue to recommend Fireplace West to all my friends without hesitation. Thank you Robin, we love our new fireplace.
