An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We live in a small community in Acton, ON. Our home is 35yrs old, and we are renovating to update, and make more energy efficent. We were referred to Encore, and are glad we were. We replaced all of our windows and 2 patio doors. Our installation was completed on time (there was a written guarantee for this). Our house was cleaned so well when they were done that if it weren't for the lack of draft we felt in the living room now...you would never know our house was a construction zone for 3 days. We couldn't be happier...money well spent!
