I set out for a new set of carving knives as my vegetable chopper had broken. A set was specifically recommended to me by the sales clerk. I was told there was a 30 day return policy and that I could even try out the product and if not completely satisfied could return it. The largest knife would not chop a carrot and when I tried to return the set explaining the knife would not chop I was told I could not as it had been used. The clerk claimed she had never told me I could try the knife and customer service said the Henckels set was only for "soft fruit and baked goods". See picture below. Dishonesty and incompetence. Buyer beware!

I have had a positive experience with this company so far. I am happy with the windows and installation. Installers were professional, quick and clean. Shutters were removed and reinstalled as well.
