Whatever Optima sells -- buy it! Very very impressed with staff and cx service. Very high caliber. Everything they promised, they delivered. They keep the cx in the loop at all times. Below is the letter in full that I sent back to Chris at Optima as feedback (on my own accord and unsolicited). In short, go for Optima for sure!

Chris, I just wanted to say how pleased Hazel and I were with our whole customer experience with Optima Windows. To be honest, when you told us on the first day when you came to our house, how high Optima's rating by customers was, I thought to myself 'sure, nice sales pitch and we'll see'. But now I really see how very true that statement was. Hazel and I were in fact, very impressed with our whole customer experience with Optima -- with you, with Art, with Oleg, with Maxim and with Ben.
Last night at a family Thanksgiving dinner, we were sharing with our family how impressed we were with our total experience at Optima. We encouraged them to sincerely consider pursuing Optima for their window solutions. We shared with them how impressed we were with every staff member at Optima, and the consistency of quality, professionalism and customer service we received. I don't know who is behind all this success at Optima and your team, but you all really seem to truly understand the concept of giving your customers a great customer service experience -- from start to finish. I was repeatedly impressed watching Maxim and Oleg, going about their tasks with such uninterrupted focus, professionalism and skill. In short, Hazel and I were very very impressed with Optima and every single staff member that came in to our house. Truly we received a very very high caliber of customer service excellence at Optima. Please let Art, Oleg, Maxim and Ben know how effective they are in their jobs. It really does show.
