I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by Mourad's hard work and attention to detail. He was thorough and very clear in his descriptions of all the issues that exist in the house that I was looking to buy as well as giving tips on how to maintain the house. He was very helpful in helping me to reach my decision to buy a house with risks which may become issues in the future. Definitely will be contacting this company again when I select my next home.

- Make sure to hire a reputable home inspector and do not let anyone rush the inspection process. Do not listen to anyone's opinion except for the home inspector. The inspector does not care if you buy or do not buy a house, he just wants to make sure to give you all the facts to make an educated decision.
