Hired Venetian Construction to refinish badly deteriorated concrete front steps and replace rusted railings. When first contacted Mike came out to give a quote and explain the process that would have to be undertaken to get to the final finish and look I was hoping for. On the first day he skim grinded the steps and filled in all gaps and cracks, applied primer let dry then the polymer cement. Day two : Did a random template of design Applied polymer cement as close to my chosen color as he could. Day three : Completely sanded all areas Applied stain to areas of my choosing Sealed complete area. Stairs done. Railings are ordered but will take three weeks before railing contractor can come and install. Will add additional pictures after installation. So after three days I have had multiple people inquire about who did the job and how impressed they were with the final look.
