Called insight electric due to intermittent power loss throughout the house, Peter was very knowledgable over the phone to troubleshoot, decided to have the service call. Peter was quick and efficient in tracking down the issue, and he called our hydro provider to open meter box where the issue was present. Peter was correct as to the problem, and he provided a very detailed quote and service agreement for the repair. He arranged all necessary permits and made all contacts to perform the repair. His workmanship is excellent and he is honest and upfront with the process, always keeping me informed.
