I went to this store with a "list" from my husband and since I didn't know what I was to buy it was fantastic when the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the materials that my husband had written down. The products were explained to me and then the truck was quickly and safely loaded. I was happy to have someone explain the roofing process to me and I left a lot more knowledgeable.

The staff at both the front service counter and the warehouse are very professional and are quick to answer questions. They are also extremely knowledgeable about the Hardie Board product which helps when making design decisions

We were needing advice on how to remove a cement fireplace hearth and when mentioning this to the staff at the tool rental department they further provided recommendations on how to quickly remove the hearth and the best tool for the job. I was extremely happy with their professionalism and knowledge.
