When they came to replace the carpets they missed the upstairs section and we had to get them to come back but it took them almost a week to get someone back here to finish the job. They came on a Sunday, which wasn't a big deal, except that he was missing the metal bits to connect the carpets. I ended up going out to buy them and install them myself. Overall though, they did a good job and the carpets are really nice. I just wish they were a bit more organized and professional.
