I would like to recommend Mike and his team on a job well done. From the time I contacted Mike, until the work was done, was only a few days. The team was courteous, and cleaned up the site before they left. Mark went up the attic and reported that the bathroom vents were disconnected from the roof vents leaving warm moist air blowing into the attic. The insulation was about R25. Mike's crew took off the top of the unused chimney to the roof line and covered it with wood, metal and shingles. They installed new roof vents and connected the bathroom vents with insulated pipes. They also added 20 rafter vents and blew in cellulose insulation to R60. They also "tuned up the roof" so that we can wait 2 years to replace the shingles. We contacted Mike at first because of a water leak into the basement. Very glad that we did. Ada Larock Ajax, ON
