We called these guys to remove a raccoon from the roof over our front porch. They arrived promptly, installed a one-way door, and closed other access points in the roof. Gave us a long "guarantee" against further problems. Within 4 days the raccoon was back. Termax was called and came back 3 days later. They asked for more money because the raccoon came in through a spot they had not fixed. BTW, they respond to bad reviews here of their duct cleaning (HVAC) services by saying they are a pest control company. Their business cards say pest control on one side and HVAC on the other.
