Originally, we felt very pressured to sign up for the service. The "free in home furnace inspection" is really just a very pushy sales visit. We did sign up as we really need duct cleaning. The technician came and left quickly, did not review the checklist and missed at least 17 items on the checklist, leaving work for us to do and a huge mess in each room of the house. we were extremely unsatisfied. HOWEVER, once we spoke to the manager, he was also very unhappy about the service we received. they sent another crew out and they went above and beyond. We are now very satisfied with the end result. I will recommend this company and service to others however it will come with quite a disclaimer.

I used this company to put new windows and replace siding and eavestrough on a 50 year old home. They did a tremendous job. Their crews were very polite and professional and if anything was not to the highest standard (and most everything was), Mike had the crews fix it promptly. Everyone was so nice to deal with.
