Eugene was on time, was able to figure out quickly the issue with why our Freezer was no longer working and had it fixed the same day! He was polite, explained everything so we understood and gives a 3 month warranty. We would call him again with any of our appliance issues!

We came across this website during our search for someone to come look at ois websur "not cold enough" Fridge. We called Garnett late in the day and he told us we were a out of his usually area but to give him a call back should we not get a hold of anybody. We called Garnett back and not only did he come out to look at our Fridge he came out the same night and stayed while he made sure it was cooling down properly. Garnett was amazing, he went out of his way to help us and was very honest about the 50/50 chance of our Fridge cooling properly. We will for sure be caling Garnett again should we need his services in the future!
