I was doing my laundry in my clothes dryer and suddenly, my dryer stopped running, very unexpectedly. I needed immediate help from an Appliance Repair Company. I found Your Guy Appliance Repair on the internet,and looked at their Customer Reviews. All good.
I called them and a Gentleman answered the phone, and asked me a few questions, in regards to the machine not working.
He came to my home,within 2 hours,and proceeded to analyze the problem. With his knowledge and skills,proceeded to disassemble the dryer and find the problem which was the drum not rotating .

I am very pleased with this repair. He returned my call quickly, arrived the same day, and advised me in advance of the cost to fix my microwave. I will call them again if I need other appliances repaired.

Eugene was able to accommodate and schedule a repair on the same day that we discovered our fridge failing. While the trouble with the fridge was not fixed on the same day, through the dialogue with him I was able to reach out to Lg and seek out warranty support of a potential leak and problem with a compressor. On the same visit he diagnosed our gas dryer which had failed on us. He took it apart, replaced a failed roller, did a thorough clean of it and put it back together. He saved us a lot of hassle and we now managed to prolong the life of our trusty dryer. He did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to engage him again in the future. Definitely recommended. Our washing machine stopped working very unexpectedly in the middle of a wash cycle. The Machine was sending error signals and the door was locked and would not open. This happened around 7:00 pm in the evening. We called many appliance repair places and nobody was willing to come in the evening. We were lucky to find Eugene. He was very prompt to come eventhough he was busy at another job site.
He was very professional, made a proper assessment and fixed the washing machine right on the spot. Eugene was very knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably pricec. We were extremely happy with his service and would highly recommend him.
