Dealing with Deanna and Arron were so great. Washing machine fixed quickly, efficiently and reasonable rates. It was a pleasure to deal with Deanna to schedule the service call and Arron was timely and all round great to deal with it. I would definitely recommend for anyone!
I shopped around for quartz counters, and when I shopped at Joe's, the shop.ping was done. Joe was patient, professional, and helpful every step of the way. He offered helpful suggestions throughout. You can tell he knows what he's talking about. I always felt comfortable dealing with him, never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. His prices are not at the lowest end of the vendors out there, but I feel like you get what you pay for. And when dealing with a was a large part of our kitchen reno, and an important one at that, I didn't feel that going cheap was the right decision. You get what you pay for. Not that DPS was at the high end either. But as I said, dealing with Joe, just was the right choice. When we made our final selection of counter, I asked for a sample. He called his rep and later that day, his rep was knocking on my door delivering a counter sample!! When it came time to measure, Tony was a pleasure to deal with. He came on time, when he said he would. Answered all my questions. and Finally installation day came. Again Joe's crew was on time. They were friendly, professional and clean. Placed drop cloths all over my new hardwood floors, and made sure my house was left as clean as when they arrived. They run into some issues with uneven floors and even more uneven walls, and explained all throughout what they were doing to solve the issues and why. Throughout the whole experience, it was a pleasure dealing with everyone. My kitchen looks amazing! Love my new counters!! Thanks for all your efforts! All of our work is done in house , our measurements are taken digitally (which minimizes errors) and all of our stone is cut using state of the art CNC machines (which saves on material wastage) and really streamlines the process. These are just a few things that allows us to provide our clients with a VERY high quality product at a VERY competitive price. There will always be "someone" with a lower price. Unfortunately we hear the horror stories way to often! .... we are called in to fix the problems that the lower priced company left the client with.
