Upon meeting Ken and Connie at the Home and Garden show we were very impressed. After receiving an in home estimate, Ken completed a tub to shower conversion along with installing a new vinyl tile floor and baseboards. We found Ken to be a very kind and honest man, and with TRUST being the most important quality in a renovation; we felt instantly safe with our decision to have Ken renovate our bathroom. Ken is very meticulous, not only with his craftsmanship but also with the way he manages his daily routines. Ken exudes qualities such as reliability and commitment as he arrived exactly when he said he would each day, and followed through on his promises...and then some! He walked us through the project every step of the way and answered any and all questions we had. We absolutely LOVE our newly renovated bathroom and its all thanks to Ken for his attention to detail, his thoroughness and his professionalism! We will be hiring Ken and Ultimate Bath Systems for our next bathroom renovation...and have already referred him to neighbors and friends! Thanks Ken!
