Dodds' technician Rob repaired one of my tenants garage doors today. This is the fourth time I've used Dodds and every time Rob was the one to attend to my problems. I have consistently been blown away by Robs attention to detail, care and concern that the job be done perfectly. He would even fix problems that I hadn't even noticed. He even quickly lubricated a few of the other apartment garage doors that needed that extra touch. I am very impressed with Rob. And if Rob is the Calibre of Dodd's other technicians, then this is a company that I highly recommend.
