They re-shingled our roof a the Spring of 2015 after it had started to leak. The previous owners of our house had it redone in 2001 but all they did was replace the top layer of shingles. Needless to say that a 25 year warrantee on those 2001 shingles was wasted. Parliament Contracting recommended to do it right and remove all 4 layers of old shingles before starting. We haven't had any problems since and several neighbours hired them to do their roofs. I liked that Liam, as owner, was working on the roof with his guys. There is close supervision and they don't waste time. They were quiet, polite (no loud swearing which is often the norm with construction guys), and cleaned up everything before they left. He did say that he took several pictures and was to send me a file with them but I never got them. Their price was fair and I hired them a second time to do the roof of a rental property I own.
