Customer service and zeal to help matching the right product to customer needs are two MUST and UTMOST things in any sales and marketing industry if they are willing to grow; Tele City Electronics at Kennedy road are SPOT ON example for both. I started my research to upgrade my TV around 3 weeks back and visited almost all reputed TV stores in my area; got a lot of suggestions, product feedback and compelling prices from store reps. I could see most of these reps were so impatient and sometimes clueless of the technology, they just wanted to sell anything to me after spending a few minutes giving demo of the products. They didn’t reflect taking no for an answer and seemed so running after their sales commissions. Alas! We all work so hard by sweat of our brow but I wouldn’t spend my hard earned money on someone’s inexpertise and unwillingness to survive their job. “Rajiv” at Tele City Electronics Kennedy road is one of the best guys I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service, patience, willingness to help and his knowledge on what he is selling. He didn't only help me choosing the right TV I wanted, but also offered the best price in market and competitors weren't even close to that price. I bought my TV (don’t want to promote any brands) form him and unluckily encountered a concern with the product a couple of weeks after using it which indeed wasn’t anyone’s fault; couldn’t wait a second and called the store right away. They did their due diligence and I realized I was one of those unlucky guys who write bad product reviews later but I wanted to wait till end (definitely no one’s fault but that only TV unit). Rajiv respected my concern and offered his help unhesitantly replacing my TV with no harassment experienced and of course with smile on his face. Also met with his manager and colleagues at the store; seems like they all are great people. So, 10/10 for the store and staff and big thanks to Rajiv! Thanks, Aman
