An excellent company. I received a quote over the phone for a new furnace that needed to be installed immediately on one of the coldest nights of the winter. The owner was very sympathetic to my situation, and quoted a price I couldn't match elsewhere. He had someone over the house in about an hour. Installation was estimated to take two men 7 hours. The work involved more than was estimated, and the men ended up working over 12 hours. The company never tried to get more money out of me! Furthermore, they called back out of concern for the electrical in the furnace room and even came back to change the outlet for me at a later date...I never even requested this! This company definitely shows genuine concern for their customers and they were a pleasure to deal with.
