Desmond was prompt to respond to my inquiry and was very easy to deal with and communicate with before visiting. He did a good thorough diagnostic and found the problem, was transparent with me from the start, was able to get the necessary part and swiftly repaired my dishwasher. Was honest and would use his services again!
