We had five different furnace company's give us written estimates. We asked each of them for a price on their mid-range and top of the line furnace. Although Romaniuk was not the lowest priced, they did match the price of another company for the same furnace. Their Residential Manager Brandie, did an excellent job of explaining everything including suggestions such as an extra cold air return and venting through our existing chimney. Mark and Jordan installed the Lennox SLP98V and the iComfort thermostat in just over 5 hours. They then explained how the thermostat and furnace worked answering all of the questions asked. Brandie then stopped by a few days later to check the install and see if we had any questions. The city inspector completed the install process and commented that he has never failed a Romaniuk installation and this company is in the top 3 in the city. The team at Romaniuk is unsurpassed in their treatment of this customer. They acted professionally during all interactions and to have a city inspector make an unsolicited comment like that is just another welcome observation on their excellent business acumen. We would and have recommended this company to friends.
