Bad experience!!! Do not use this company!!! Company did not uphold promised contract rates!! Additional fee for "truck rate" (equal to 1 hour) outlined when they arrived to pick up my household goods. Additionally the movers arbitrarily changed the 5% fuel surcharge (calculated to $40)to a flat rate of $50 at the time of unloading. The movers took 1 hr, 40 minutes to drive from Don Mills & Eglinton to Pickering (Sunday with no traffic) and explained they would deduct the extra time, 1 hr 20 minutes (but did not) Very sloppy- They carried, stacked boxes on their sides or upside down.
