David was respectful (covid protocols), punctual and communicative to start the booking and arrival process. The work was explained to me in detail and I was provided options for service (save some $ here vs spend etc) giving me explanations for everything. He setup everything perfectly well and was available for follow up questions that I had a week after. Definitely no need to look anywhere else for A/V work.

In an industry awash in incompetence, sloppiness and mistrust, this company stands alone in it's exceptional delivery of a convenient service. From ordering the product, to delivery, to product use and to pick up, every aspect of their offering was flawless. Personalized and friendly customer care was the focal point, followed by a quality product offering and convenient process within a very reasonable price point. I'll never use regular boxes again and I will forever be using City boxes and telling everyone I know that this is the one action in a stressful process (moving) that will not need to be worried about.
