The work was a full finish of my basement into a rental unit including main living space, bedroom, 3 peice bathroom, furnace/mechanical room, modern style kitchen and laundry. Exquisite left no part out behind the walls and worked with a very unusual shaped basement to create a perfect and well spaced living area. Overcoming a curb underpin for the foundation and floor level change, Exquisite did the best with what they were given and made it very home like.
