I hired Floor-is for the second time to complete this job. Basement floor and stairs. Carpet tear out and install laminate with DMX 1-step under it. We are looking at 450 s.f. plus new baseboards and about 12 stairs and 2 landings. He came in and completed it in 4 days. The floors was straight-forward with the stairs more trouble to be sure. He put in my upstairs floor and he suggested making the stairs match the upstairs since I has a box of wood left over from that project. New stair caps, backs and hand rails. Simply put the project was completed and exceeded expectations. He is as neat as you can be in a project requiring cutting and got it done issue free. If you need "a guy" who does floors, this fella won't disappoint. His attention to detail is always appreciated.

Used Laszlo to tear out old hard wood and install new along with a stair case Reno. Laszlo came with us to the flooring sales centre to help with product info. The work was done well with good attention to detail and an obvious desire to do good work that he was proud of. He was on time, clean and polite. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.
