I called at least eight different roofing companies, as my director always wants me to get at least 3 quotes for any job that we need done. My selection was mainly based on location of business and the ratings on Homestars. I spoke to Sergio of Home Star Roofing. Many of the companies I called were telling me it would take 2 or 3 business days just for someone to come out and give us a quote and some were booking up to 6 weeks from when I called. This job was critical that it be done sooner, rather than later, as it was causing damage to our interior walls and the upcoming weather forecast was calling for excessive amounts of rainfall. Sergio showed up to our office within the hour and hopped on the roof, in the rain, so that he was able to provide a quote. He took photos of the problem areas, took the time to explain the problems to me and also made some further recommendations to avoid any further roofing/leak problems. His quote was very reasonable. After presenting 3 quotes, my director made the decision to go with Sergio. Sergio kept in touch with me to schedule the best day for the work to be done - which was within a week of my call to him. He arrived in the early morning of the scheduled day. Because we are a business where we have children attending each day, for the safety of our clients, Sergio did a fantastic job of blocking off the work area and also did a great clean up afterwards!! The roof work was done very professionally and our leakage problems are gone. I would 100% recommend Sergio and his team for any roofing repairs you may need, very friendly, reasonable and professional. Thank you for making this easy for us!!
