After interviewing several other roofers in the Orillia area, we called Colum Smyth. He returned our call on the same day and set up a meeting to come discuss the job with us. He arrived on time and provided us with very thorough answers to all of our questions. Until we met with Colum, we were still undecided about which option we would choose - metal or ashphalt. His passion for his work, his informed presentation and his obvious concern for making sure his customer was happy led us to choose his company. Two days after our initial meeting, Colum returned with a contract, seven days later the work crew arrived and in two days, our roof was done!!! It was literally eleven days from first meeting to job completion!!! We are extremely happy with our new roof and the entire process. The work crew did a fantastic job; they worked non-stop for the entire time and completely cleaned up our property before leaving, including the dog poop!!(lol) Colum also did a final inspection and made sure we had his number so we could call with questions/concerns since we now have a 50 year warranty!! Excellent job! Very professional! Completely satisfied!!! Would highly recommend this company!!!!!
