Washer making noise. I called and booked an appointment. Adriano followed up, showed up and did a full assessment. He clearly explained the pricing up front. He was running late for the appointment, advised of such and still showed up. Too many problems to justify a repair of an old machine. I was happy to pay for the assessment. He was very professional, pleasant and straightforward. I will definitely call him if I ever need another repair on any applicance.
