I have moved many times and have experienced some good companies and some that have problems. This was actually two moves...my son's and my own with one week between the two. Entrusting a small company with two moves made sense after the Owner came to do the estimates, and I had spoken with him regarding my concerns. His relaxed yet confident attitude regarding our moves and his lack of high pressure sales combined with great reviews gave me reason to go ahead. Both moves could not have gone better. The men arrived on time with great attitudes which did not deteriorate during the day. In fact they made the moves as pleasant as they could possibly be. There was no complaining about heavy items and at the very end of they second move, they were happy to adjust a glass table as the last movers had left it slightly out of whack. I requested the guys from the first move (Scott and Stephan) for the second, and the third guy that joined the crew (Jordy) was as great as the others. They came in on estimate for the first move, and under estimate for the second. That never happens! This company has studied what consistently drives customers nuts during the moving experience, and worked on getting it right and then some. I would recommend them highly for a smooth moving day!!!
