As a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect. My experience building with Trico was excellent from start to finish. The sales associates were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me in the process. When I had a difficult time picking colors for the exterior, Clint drove around with me and told me to pick out the colors that I liked and we went back to the office and he looked up those colors for me. At the design centre, I also had a hard time picking some choices. Sarah was extremely helpful as well and her experience allowed her to give some pretty awesome input into what goes well with what, etc. At my initial walk through, Jake, John and Brian were all so patient and spent extra time making sure I understood everything (given that I was a complete noob and didn't know much about owning a house). Everything we identified as a "defect" were all corrected by possession date. I've lived in my house for just over 2 months now and I have not had any major issues. There are very minor things, which I am sure they will address and fix at my 3 month visit. Given that this was my first home ever and it was a new build, it could have been a lot more stressful. Trico's team was there to accommodate and answer all questions in a professional, friendly manner. All in all, a great experience and I would recommend Trico to anyone.
