Less than a year ago we purchased two decor-rest reclining armchairs. We are impressed with the look of them, and the overall comfort is great. We recommended them to family, who have since purchased them for their home. The problem...the material is not high quality. Piling so bad it's like sitting on sandpaper. Retailer warranty member agreed but not decor-rest. They do not stand behind the quality of their product. The retailer is allowing us to exchange them...but for a $200 restocking fee, after paying $1600 for them.
