Allen (sales/owner) comes to your house, sells you on how great the company is and how they are one of the only companies to be properly trained in Rainbird. Sells you on everything from material, set up and timeframe and you feel like everything will go well. My husband and I took days off work to accommodate the installation (they tell you you need to be home) only to get a call at 9am saying they are short staffed and cannot come, no apologies - office staff (Joanne) is unbelievable rude and just provides excuses for the company. Job was not completed correctly. The company claims they fixed the problem however, the lines are not deep enough (as per their website standards) and my lawn is not green (as per their guarantee). The lines weren’t buried deep enough, valve in the basement leaked. Took multiple calls to get them back to fix it. When the tech finally came he said he was there to winterize. I explained he was there to fix, he didn’t have the tools to do it so had to come back another day. Their techs attempted to fix the leaking valve twice, they finally had to call in a licensed plumber because they couldn’t do it. This all took place in November. It had started to freeze over night so my husband winterized the system himself. We were then told the warranty was voided so we are now stuck with a system that was poorly installed, the heads weren’t properly tested and we are now left with a lawn that isn’t green (despite their guarantee). We held back final payment until the matter was resolved and they don’t care, they send threats that they will send you to collections. The company spends more times making excuses for what they don’t want to/don’t know how to do then actually doing the job. Allan will come to your house but you will never see/hear from again, even despite multiple attempts. He’s too busy sitting behind his desk writing threatening letters to collections. Fair warning - read the negative reviews about this company. We ignored them thinking it would be different. Our sprinkler system was installed in 2020.

So unbelievably happy with our new front door inserts. Barry was so pleasant to deal with and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the finished product. Thank you so much for all your hard work!
