Shell in Edmonton

Just bought yesterday at Edmonton Home and Garden Show.....can it be returned to the show or do I have to ship to Calgary? Nozzels on the Steam JR don't fit properly at all and a clip on one of them was already broken. Not impressed at all. If you ate looking at this product, probably should look elsewhere!
