Sales rep sold us new Furnance and A/C unit. Signed the contracts and service started. Find out later that they put a lien on your house without discussing this with you, and can raise the prices every year a maximum 3% per year. So far we have had them for 2 years and they raised the prices both years maximum amount, so cost goes up every year for your units that you thought was a certain price for the contract length. Also they promise yearly service on your units, but they don't follow up on them, basically you have to call every year to make sure they come and make the appointments. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, if you do, make sure to find out all the hidden costs in the tiny print of the contract!

The terms for placing a lien on your home for the purchase value of the equipment we have installed in your home are outlined on the back of the agreement that you signed. It is an industry-wide practice to protect the asset. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you at the moment and want to let you know that there may be an alternative option if you are planning on selling your home.
