Damaged furniture. Long process to get it exchanged. Poor customer service at head office. Would not but here again or recommend

Hi. I apologize that it took some time to rectify your issue. Although it may be at times frustrating and inconvenient, we want to reassure all our customers that at Arrow Furniture all service issues get completed in the most timely manner possible. Many other stores cannot say the same and customers are left with a less than desirable product. Unfortunately, things can come out of a box chipped, scratched, broken...etc. We sent a technician out about a week after your delivery to try and deal with your mirror and chest. Upon further correspondence we ended up exchanging the chest all together the next week. Again, I realize that approximately two weeks may seem like a long time but rest assured your issue was taken care of, all your furniture is under warranty, and we are here for you if you have any other concerns.
