We have a monthly plan that covers our furnace, air conditioner and fireplace. The seasonal service is part of this contract. Yesterday, the technician came to service the furnace. He spent about an hour and a half doing what he had to do. When he was finished, he explained everything to me and my husband. We were very satisfied with his work and explanations.

Our furnace broke Tuesday night, we had a quote from Air One on Wednesday and the furnace was installed on Thursday. Everyone that came to our home was very helpful and polite. We will continue to use Air One and recommend them to our friends. Kitchener, Ontario
