Friendly and quick customer service. good reps who are prompt and helpful. got a free NEST for buying a protection plan (5yrs) for furnace / ac. couple of issues though. 1. Try not showing up at people's doorsteps without appointment saying Enbridge intimates you about all new move ins because i believe that's not true at all. Customers become suspicious and trust issues creep in with so many companies in GTA trying to con people. 2. Before selling additional stuff like water filtration system, hot water tank do a complete analysis of whether the customer needs it or not. Just by looking at calcium deposits in the filter you cannot scare the customer into buying one. I took a second opinion from a very reputed company and i was told otherwise in spite of the fact that i was ready to get one. Apart from this the job they did was very satisfactory. Waiting for when the actual time for service comes as per the contract terms.
