Laszlo was a very personable, responsive and prompt professional in consulting us on hardwood flooring options for the upstairs level of our home, then in planning and completing the project. He was very patient in answering all questions, and thorough in advising us on details of planning steps we needed to take care of. We were away for our reno and he was very trustworthy in being in our home and took the initiative to send pictures of progress and keep us updated on how things we going. In follow up to project completion he was very prompt to ensure we were happy, shared details of aspects of how the project went and responsive to all of our questions about care and maintenance.
