My family and I were WOWED with the service. It started with the website, then the call to Kate, who's friendly telephone voice and care gave me the confidence to book on the spot. Kate kept in touch, making sure everything was up to date with our paperwork and the next step was moving day. From the moment Marshall came into the apartment to that last view of the team, Nick, Fraser (Nick), Alex, new guy 1 and new guy 2 getting into the truck we felt we were working with family. There was NOTHING that they wouldn't do to make moving day safe, easy, exciting. The team we met definitely cared not only about our furnishings but they cared about US. This group of young men were personable, professional, gentlemen and we can't say enough good things about them or the Company. We won't hesitate to share this experience, it was phenomenal.”
